Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Schneider Electric. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure that all quality-related documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  • Provide training and guidance to colleagues on quality-related matters.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in an industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and industry-specific regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
