Job Description

As a Contract Manager at Greentalent, your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Leading/supporting the team in identifying and managing technical and financial risks throughout the project lifecycle
  2. Collaborating closely with internal teams, including investment, technical, legal, HSE, business development, and asset management
  3. Developing and delivering tender documentation and other strategic milestones
  4. Negotiating costs and terms of contracts to enhance project competitiveness
  5. Maintaining internal processes and procedures related to contract management
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a technology-related subject
  • Experience working in EPC, O&M, or energy companies, with a strong background in contract and claims management
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with utility-scale wind and solar industries (desired)
