Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Stability Support and Product Lifecycle Lead.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 10 people to achieve performance and innovation objectives, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

The role requires a strong ability to develop individual and team capabilities, providing coaching and creating opportunities for skill enhancement.

The incumbent will also be responsible for utilizing the Glaxo Production System (GPS) to facilitate team work management, deviations, and CAPA.

Additionally, the role involves supporting inspections for relevant areas and maintaining effective relationships with other business functions to resolve issues promptly and definitively.

The team will also be responsible for coordinating the completion of Laboratory Enterprise System (LES) project activities, as well as supporting the deployment and maintenance of the system.

This role will ensure the coordination of resources managing stability studies to guarantee compliance with product end-of-life specifications.

Responsibilities will include coordinating resources managing quality control documentation (technical specifications, analytical methods, periodic reviews, and statistical analysis) throughout the product lifecycle.

The successful candidate will work closely with the LES Program Business Change Lead and the central LES team to facilitate and guide change in laboratory areas affected by the implementation of the new LES system and its maintenance.

This role requires a strong understanding of regulatory, pharmacopeial, and GMP requirements, with a focus on meeting site-specific plans and deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with external stability hubs and identify organizational needs, technological gaps, and contribute to their implementation.

Additionally, the role involves identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks related to the work area, following the principles of our Risk Management System (RMS).
