Italian Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent Italian speaker to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via chat, email, and phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers in Italian to resolve their queries and concerns
- Track and follow cases to ensure timely and efficient resolution
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels, representing our company's values and standards
- Assist customers with account and password management, as well as escalate unresolved cases to our 2nd level support team
Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian (minimum C1) and advanced English knowledge
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Prior customer support experience is an advantage
- Availability to start immediately
