Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Evoca Group. As a key member of our order fulfillment process, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless customer experience.

Our broad portfolio of brands offers a complete range of products to bring great coffee and vending experiences to our ~10,000 customers across various sectors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the complete management of the OTD (Order to Delivery) process, working closely with departments involved in the process, including Sales Manager, Planning, Shipping, and Administration. This includes:

• Managing customer relationships and subsidiaries support
• Working with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

• A degree in Foreign Languages, Economics, or related fields
• Experience, even brief, in customer service activities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work based on priorities and objectives
• Fluent in English and good knowledge of Italian
• Possession of another foreign language as an asset

Nice to have:

• Experience in customer service activities in B2B product companies

We estimate the salary for this position to be around €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
