About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer L3 to join our team at NTT DATA. As a key member of our Network Operations team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality operational services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex network issues and provide advanced troubleshooting support.
  • Collaborate with our customer's Network Operations team and Network Projects team to ensure seamless network services.
  • Act as a senior network engineer, providing technical expertise and support to our clients.
  • Investigate third-line support calls and identify root causes of incidents and problems.
  • Escalate issues to third-party vendors when necessary and provide continuous feedback to customers and affected parties.
  • Monitor customer infrastructure and identify opportunities for work optimization.
  • Produce trend analysis reports and provide insights to improve network performance.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Network Operations environment with a medium/high complex infrastructure.
  • Cisco Certification (CCNA/CCNP) and other relevant certifications.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving approach.
  • Strong customer-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Italian and English (French is a plus).
  • Available to travel abroad when required by the customer.
