This role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our luxury hotel, Jumeirah Capri Palace. As a Human Capital Director, you will be responsible for leading our HR function and driving initiatives that support the growth and development of our people.

Your primary objective will be to develop and execute an integrated HR plan that aligns with Jumeirah's vision and business priorities. This will involve ensuring the right organizational structure, talent, and culture are in place to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an integrated HR plan that aligns with Jumeirah's vision and business priorities.
  • Lead senior leadership recruitment and internal mobility strategies, ensuring we build a high-performing team that embodies Jumeirah's excellence.
  • Champion colleague experience through innovative engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and development opportunities.
  • Implement a talent management framework to identify, nurture, and retain high-potential colleagues.
  • Oversee all HR operations, from workforce planning to budget management, compliance, and employee relations.
