We are expanding our teams to support this growth and are seeking a Junior Maintenance Specialist to join our dynamic and innovative environment. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or mechatronics, and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office. This position requires the ability to work on shifts, in cold temperatures, and perform tasks at heights. Key responsibilities include supporting the maintenance team and suppliers, utilizing maintenance management software to monitor interventions, and working effectively in a team to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key qualifications for this role include up to one year of experience in a similar position (considering positive experiences from internships or trainee roles), strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and good communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English and Italian is also required.
