Sales and Data Analytics Internship

This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for a new graduate or master's student to join The Kraft Heinz Company in Milan, Italy.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual who is passionate about sales and data analytics. As a Sales and Data Analytics Intern, you will have the chance to work within our successful Sales Department in Milan, where you will be part of a dynamic team that seeks to continuously improve and reach new heights.

This internship offers outstanding opportunities to develop your knowledge and skills, gain real business experience, and get exposure to senior leadership. You will take ownership of projects, work closely with the business on day-to-day challenges, and be provided with tailored trainings to help you grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support quantitative and qualitative analyses to drive business decisions.
  • Enter sales orders, apply discounts, and utilize SAP software to manage sales operations efficiently.
  • Extract sales data, analyze it using company tools, and provide insights to inform business strategies.
  • Develop strong relationships with buyer's assistants of key clients to ensure smooth sales processes.
  • Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use, showcasing your creativity and presentation skills.
  • Contribute to commercial back-office work, ensuring seamless sales operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze sell-out data using IRI software to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Support communication with the sell-out team for promotional activities, leveraging your excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Master's Degree (achieved or close to being achieved).
  • Proficiency in English and Italian languages.
  • Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel, and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Location and Contract

The internship will be based in Milan, Italy. We offer a curricular or extracurricular internship contract, providing a unique opportunity to gain valuable work experience while pursuing your academic goals.

Please note that the estimated salary for this role is €15,000 - €20,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
