**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our warehouse team in ensuring the safe and efficient receipt, sorting, and distribution of donations to our stores. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
**Key Responsibilities**
Coordinate daily activities with the Warehouse Manager, Dispatch, Fleet Manager, and Senior Lead/Lead Drivers to ensure seamless warehouse operations.
Maintain effective communication with store personnel to ensure sufficient inventory levels and meet sales targets.
Lead the warehouse team in organizing and completing daily tasks and projects, anticipating seasonal changes in storage needs.
Ensure the efficient use of dumpsters and instruct new warehouse staff on proper procedures.
Evaluate warehouse staff performance and report any issues or deficiencies to the Warehouse Manager.
Produce reports for the Warehouse Manager as needed and demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of warehousing experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
**Requirements**
High school diploma or higher; relevant certifications are a plus.
Flexibility in work hours, including overtime, and the ability to work in different weather conditions.
This role requires standing, walking, reaching, bending, and stooping for long periods, as well as lifting up to 75 pounds with assistance.
**Estimated Salary Range:** $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
