Quirón Prevención is a leading provider of occupational health and safety services in the renewable energy sector. We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Europe and Offshore.
The successful candidate will contribute to the successful development of wind projects by ensuring the quality of incoming goods and materials, verifying shipment contents, and performing tool control inspections. They will also be responsible for controlling the expiration date of materials, managing the quality of reverse logistics, and proposing process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming goods and materials to ensure they meet quality and quantity standards.
- Shipment Verification: Verify the contents of shipments against established planning and report any non-conformities.
- Tool Control: Perform regular tool control inspections to ensure compliance with client criteria.
- Material Management: Control the departure and delivery of materials to be used, and ensure they are stored properly.
- Quality Assurance: Perform quality control activities during the works process, and communicate any non-conformities to the system.
- Incident Reporting: Make reports of incidents and near misses, and propose corrective actions.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose changes to engineering and maintenance teams.
Requirements:
- Education: Mechanical Engineering or Bachelor of Science in Health, Safety & Environment.
- Experience: Proven experience in operative project execution and construction site management for complex technical projects in the eolic industry, energy sector, or electrics.
- Language: Fluent in English.
- Nationality: European nationality or visa to work in Europe.
- Driving License: Valid driving license.
