Job Purpose

The Industrial Sustainability Department internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in product compliance. You'll support the compliance process for our product lines, including leather goods, footwear, ready-to-wear, accessories, and home collection, adhering to international standards and the Prada Group's sustainability policies.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and analysis on new regulations to understand compliance constraints in product import and commercialization.
  • Assist in managing compliance for raw materials and finished products under the guidance of experienced team members.
  • Support the oversight of external analysis laboratories, evaluating reports and managing testing samples.
  • Contribute to periodic compliance checks and supply chain monitoring.
  • Participate in team meetings and learning sessions to broaden your understanding of the industry and our company's practices.

Requirements

Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a degree program in Management engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Sciences, or a similar field.

Interest in learning about product compliance and sustainability in the Leather Goods, Footwear, RTW, Accessories, or Home Collection sectors.

Basic understanding and interest in product development processes.

Eagerness to develop skills in stakeholder relationship management.

Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.

Flexibility and a collaborative spirit, with an openness to receiving feedback and learning from experienced professionals.

Good command of the English language, both spoken and written.

Very good command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
