Position Overview

We are in search of passionate professionals to join our team at KVALITO Consulting Group, a leading provider of quality and compliance services in regulated sectors, particularly in life sciences. Our mission is to enhance global development and execution of technical operations by leveraging data and digital capabilities.

Role Summary

The successful candidate will serve as a key consultant for our client's Data & Digital Backbone Capability Team within a prominent pharmaceutical organization. Your expertise in Industry 4.x will be crucial in delivering cutting-edge data analytics solutions across Technical Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage collaboratively with global teams to create significant value for patients.
  • Facilitate the integration of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Snowflake), emphasizing real-time data streaming and IoT applications.
  • Establish a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end architecture, covering data ingestion, processing, storage, and analytics.
  • Assess cloud solutions based on flexibility, long-term costs, and interface complexity.
  • Lead the deployment of architectures from initial proof of concept to full implementation.
  • Implement digital use cases within large pharmaceutical or manufacturing environments.
  • Act as a liaison, effectively communicating with diverse stakeholders from data engineers to executive management.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of data literacy and digital innovation.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in fields such as computer science, engineering, or related disciplines.

Language Proficiency

  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Additional languages are advantageous.

Professional Experience

  • Demonstrated experience with cloud service providers and integration solutions (e.g., AWS, Snowflake).

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in real-time data streaming and IoT technologies.
  • Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end analytics and data product strategies.
  • Experience evaluating cloud solutions for flexibility and cost-effectiveness.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing architectures from concept to operational status.
  • Proven track record in deploying digital initiatives in large pharmaceutical or manufacturing settings.
  • Strong coaching and team development capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills for engaging with various audience levels.

Desirable Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of FAIR data principles.
  • Experience in process redesign for operational efficiency.
  • Familiarity with Lean methodologies and digital competencies in manufacturing.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
