About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Location Acquisition Manager to join our team at Milence. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring suitable locations for our charging infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential locations for charging infrastructure development
  • Align with internal stakeholders to determine which sites to contract
  • Initiate negotiations with location owners and/or operators to contract the sites and/or rights to develop
  • Set up lease, purchase, or licensing agreements with location owners
  • Support necessary permits and/or approvals for site development
  • Become a location expert and understand the entire landscape of possible locations
  • Create and optimize the process for contracting new sites
  • Build relationships with key external stakeholders and align with them on processes and agreements
  • Continuously update internal stakeholders on progression and challenges

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in site contracting within commercial real estate or a similar field
  • Preferably, experience with acquisition/contracting for charging solutions or complex electrical projects
  • Strong negotiation skills, networking abilities, and risk identification
  • Extensive commercial business development experience and ability to identify interesting opportunities
  • Ability to convert opportunities into strategy, improvements, or innovations contributing to better business performance
  • Affinity with the renewable energy sector/e-mobility is a plus
  • Excellent Italian and English language skills
  • Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new things
