We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Analyst to join our team at SC Johnson Professional. As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our supply chain operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of products with significant market impact, ensuring inventory levels are optimized to meet customer demand.
- Develop and maintain accurate and timely inventory levels at our European distribution centers, ensuring alignment with target service levels and working capital investment.
- Create and manage production schedules to match production requirements with available resources, including factory capacity, materials, and business rules.
- Participate in monthly S&OP Supply Review, assessing long-term capacity load and proposing scenarios to address trade-offs.
- Collaborate with local Supply Chain counterparts to achieve the best service results for our customers.
- Utilize software tools (ERP, APS, Analytics) to maintain accurate and timely information flow throughout the supply network.
- Maintain SAP material master data, defining parameters that deliver production and distribution plans in line with defined strategies.
- Support Product Change Management initiatives to meet project milestones while minimizing waste and losses.
- Perform long-range supply assessments and supply chain modeling for ad-hoc projects.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, preferably in a Planning role.
- Strong analytical skills, with a passion for problem-solving and a hands-on approach.
- Bachelor's degree or greater, preferably in an engineering or supply chain discipline.
- Experience as a project manager/initiative lead/coordinator will be a competitive advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including data analysis features.
- Fluent in English, with additional European languages a plus.
- Knowledge of FMCG environment.
- APICS/Lean certifications.
