As an Account Manager Italy, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and developing relationships with our clients, consolidating our presence on the local market, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively promote our new international project to expand our presence in the assigned territory.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with signed partners to increase their performance and maximize API deals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
  • Provide system training to existing and new partners, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
  • Position the brand within the travel trade, highlighting our unique value proposition and competitive edge.
  • Ensure payments control and provide comprehensive reporting to stakeholders.
  • Conduct market and competitive environment analysis to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in the travel industry, with a strong understanding of the Italian market and its dynamics.
  • Personal skills: proactive, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-focused, and comfortable with fast-changing business environments.
  • Analytical skills: data-driven decision-making, metrics-driven, and good with numbers.
  • International mindset: ability to understand and work across diverse cultural contexts.
  • Language skills: fluent in Italian and English, with additional languages a plus.
  • Readiness for business trips: 40-50% of working time may be required for market visits.
