Job Description: Abbott is seeking a skilled Electrophysiology Specialist to promote our EP product lines through professional and technical support to medical and sales personnel. The successful candidate will ensure all technical questions from the field or internal sources are answered promptly and reported to the competent authorities within Abbott. Key responsibilities include attending electrophysiology procedures, providing technical support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support during EP procedures using ESI equipment.
  • Assist the sales force with technical support and assistance.
  • Perform product presentations and training on product utilization for customers.
  • Support physicians during the enrollment and follow-up phases of clinical studies.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Capital Equipment, Education, Market Access, and Clinical Teams.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or Cardiovascular Pathophysiology and Cardiovascular Perfusion Techniques.
  • Proficiency in English and Italian, both written and verbal.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in similar activities (technical support in the medical devices field).

About the Role: This is a standard full-time position with a high level of travel required. The successful candidate will be based in Italy and will be responsible for promoting Abbott EP product lines across the national territory.
