Global Store Planning Manager

Amplifon, a leading global company in hearing care solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Global Store Planning Manager to join its Marketing function. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of design processes for EMEA, AMERICAS, and APAC stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage workload and define project pipelines to ensure timely delivery of weekly layouts and projects.
  • Collaborate with Country Construction departments to guarantee projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Discuss project developments and reviews with GMs, Brands, and local RE teams.
  • Verify layout coordination and preparation for Detailed drawing Sets.
  • Prepare accurate project packages and information for Detailed drawing Sets.
  • Conduct Take Off checks and verify delivery.
  • Develop Fixture Design and verify final design intent.
  • Review Construction Documents and Design/Procurement coordination.
  • Create Construction Guidelines with architectural details and finishes.

Network of Interaction:

  • Internal: CEO, Leadership Team, Country GMs, Design team, local construction teams, Procurement.
  • External: Suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Architecture or Design Master degree.
  • Architectural design skills and knowledge of dynamics in a multinational company managing a portfolio of brands.
  • Project Management skills, highly organized, and experience in managing multiple projects in a matrixed organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with English proficiency.
  • Economics and business development expertise, budget management.
  • Fluency in Italian.
  • Proven team management skills.
