About Milestone

Milestone is a company founded in 1996 that develops and publishes worldwide multi-platform video games. Its lineup includes titles based on prestigious licenses such as MotoGP and Supercross, as well as proprietary IPs.

Job Position

The Junior Game Developer will be inserted into one of Milestone's development teams and will be accompanied by a senior developer who will guide them in a training path aimed at acquiring skills that will allow them to develop independently parts of the product, such as game functionality and user interfaces, as well as back-end management and scripting.

Requirements

Knowledge of C++

Familiarity with component-based programming

Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

Ability to create robust and reusable code

Good knowledge of linear algebra

Good knowledge of the English language

Preferred Requirements

Knowledge of languages C/C#/Python/Java

Knowledge of Unreal Engine

Mathematical and physical knowledge

Demonstrable experience, even amateur, in the development of video games

Personal Characteristics

Ability to work in a team and manage time and priorities

Strong motivation to achieve high quality standards within the set deadlines

Excellent relational skills, sense of belonging, and drive towards shared objectives

Passion for video games
