Job Title: Warehouse/Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse/Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Job Just On Business. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials throughout our supply chain.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to meet business objectives
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of the warehouse and logistics team
  • Optimize inventory levels and manage stockroom operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role, with at least 5 years of management experience
  • Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and supply chain management principles
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
