About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Content Editor to join our team at Motork. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for researching, writing, and publishing engaging and optimized online content that supports our business goals and meets the needs of our audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Update or modify text and images based on client requests on Webspark
  • Team up with the marketing department for the creation and launch of promotional Landing Pages
  • Manage client requests involving Webspark, Leadspark, Report & Marketing
  • Initiate tickets for client-reported bugs and development needs
  • Coordinate resolution with support, tech, and dev teams
  • Regularly update the client on project status
  • Address all requests, complaints, and queries from dealers
Requirements
  • Proficient in French (native level), English (professional level)
  • Proficiency in Webspark, Leadspark, SaaS platforms, and basic coding abilities (Webpages management/CMS)
  • Proactive, customer-centric, and team-oriented
  • 2+ years in digital project management, ideally with automotive industry exposure
  • Experience in creating, piloting, and delivering lead-generating campaigns
  • Skills in managing marketing budgets and analysing performance metrics
