Key Responsibilities- Results Analysis and Reporting: Provide in-depth analysis and reporting on Life and Health results to Top Management, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of key performance indicators.
- Function Reporting and Monitoring: Coordinate the Group Chief Life and Health Officer function reporting and monitoring, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Process Design and Maintenance: Design and maintain rational, efficient, and documented processes for the operations area of the Group Chief Life and Health Officer function, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Technical Deep Dives and Committees: Manage the Life and Health Technical Deep Dives and Committees process, content, preparation, and follow-up, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Portfolio Management: Support in the Holding portfolio management, including technical analysis, cash flow monitoring and projections, reporting, and portfolio management, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Solvency II Disclosure: Support in the Group and Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A. Solvency II disclosure preparation, including QRTs, ORSA, RSR, and SFCR, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Policy Updates: Support in the process update of Group Life and Health policies, guidelines, and technical measures, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Cross-Functional Projects: Participate in Life and Health cross-functional projects, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Education: Master's degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, or Economics.
- Experience: At least 3/5 years of working experience in the insurance industry or in consulting.
- Skills: Quick learner, strong analytical and conceptual skills, ability to work in teams and across teams, capacity to synthesize and derive key insights, ability to navigate in grey zones with multiple senior stakeholders, skill to establish effective connections within the organization, excellent communication skills, flexibility, and problem-solving oriented, project management skills, and English working proficiency.
- Nice to Have: Programming skills and knowledge of Generali Group.
