About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and reviewing manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze production processes to identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement new manufacturing procedures to optimize production
- Collaborate with production, quality, and planning teams to drive improvement initiatives
- Conduct cost analysis and develop business cases to support process improvements
- Standardize and optimize manufacturing processes
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering
- At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
