Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Qualification Engineer for Pharmaceutical Plants to join our team at VTU. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the commissioning and qualification of pharmaceutical plants, ensuring compliance with GMP regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project plans for plant commissioning and qualification
  • Elaborate URS, SLIA, and CLIA documents, as well as qualification protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ)
  • Prepare validation summary reports and traceability matrices
  • Conduct risk assessments and commissioning activities
  • Implement process design and calculations, and prepare PFDs/P&IDs
  • Ensure customer requirements are met and tender documentation is prepared
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Diploma or Master's degree in process engineering and significant experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. You should be able to work independently and as part of a professional team.
