Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct thorough research on inspirations, emerging trends, and mood boards for both men's and women's collections.

· Explore innovative fits, washes, and techniques to enhance product offerings.

· Create both artistic designs and technical sketches, overseeing the entire process from design to development and final product realization.

· Collaborate with the Ready-to-Wear Style Office and Graphics Office to develop both timeless and seasonal collections, leveraging deep expertise in the jersey category.

· Work closely with the Graphic Studio to implement graphic prints and embroidery placements effectively.

· Coordinate with the Product Development and Merchandising teams to ensure adherence to deadlines, targets, and collection plans.

· Assist in fitting sessions to refine product designs.

· Contribute to collection closure activities, including lookbooks and B2B initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in a comparable role within the luxury fashion sector, specifically focusing on jersey.
  • A degree in Fashion Design is required; a Master's degree is an advantage.
  • Strong technical knowledge of jersey and various apparel categories.
  • Exceptional freehand drawing abilities.
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
