Role Overview:
A Sales Representative at Abbott Laboratories will play a crucial role in serving our customers by selling our products and meeting their needs.
You'll build strong relationships with medical staff and administrative teams, ensuring successful product launches and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate positive working relationships with medical staff and administrative personnel at customer accounts.
• Consistently achieve sales targets within your assigned territory.
• Implement new product launches in alignment with company strategies and tactics.
• Collaborate with specialists, regional managers, and marketing teams to manage account relationships effectively.
• Attend company meetings, data presentations, and briefings regularly.
• Work closely with regional sales managers to handle tenders.
• Ensure timely counting of account consignments and manage product UBD (units by demand).
Requirements:
• 2+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Proficient in sales techniques.
• Ability to manage and optimize sales territories.
• Skilled at building and maintaining client relationships.
• Driven to achieve sales goals.
