Financial Controller for Direct-to-Consumer Operations

Rossignol Group is seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our Direct-to-Consumer team in Milan. As a key member of our finance organization, you will be responsible for leading budgets and forecasts processes, preparing monthly reports, and analyzing data to drive operating performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate and timely financial reports, including P&L statements and budget forecasts.
  • Collaborate with business partners to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
  • Analyze financial data to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth.
  • Partner with IT and other departments to enhance and automate business intelligence tools.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to business owners and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of progressive financial experience, particularly in e-commerce and/or retail.
  • Proven experience in taking initiative, driving end-to-end processes, and executing continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce and/or retail logic, metrics, and key performance indicators.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills, with the ability to find the "why" behind the numbers.
  • Excellent communication skills and collaborative spirit.
  • Fluent English and Italian.
