Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of financial statements in IFRS for Saxo Group reporting
  • Preparation of financial statements in IAS/IFRS for local reporting and business reporting
  • Budget preparations, costs and revenues breakdown
  • Facilitation of the review and analysis of actual costs vs budgets
  • Liaising with external auditors to complete the annual audited financial statements
  • Tax-related reporting and payment to the authorities
  • Ensure compliance and submission of Regulatory Reporting to respective authorities
  • Calculation of Capital Adequacy Ratio required by financial law
  • Periodic reporting to BG SAXO board of directors and statutory auditors
  • Manage regulator, internal and external audit inspections
  • Maintenance of Finance Procedures Manual, updated at least annually
  • Other specific tasks which may be allocated from time to time
Requirements
  • University degree in Finance or equivalent education
  • At least 5 years in a similar role in finance department in financial services industry
  • Knowledge in accounting principles IAS/IFRS and tax reporting
  • Pro-active, well organized and precise way of working
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work well in a cross-geographic, cross-organizational and cross-cultural context
  • Fluency in Italian and English are required
  • Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
