About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Office & Culture Manager at Getasound. This is a dynamic and diverse role that requires a unique blend of administrative, cultural, and operational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Office Administration and Culture Management (50%): Provide day-to-day management of our headquarters, including ordering office supplies, liaising with building management, and supporting the team with administrative tasks. Develop and implement our team culture program, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  2. Financial Support (25%): Assist our Chief Financial Officer with data capture into Xero and simple reporting, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  3. Human Resources Coordination (10%): Coordinate our HR function, including team member onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  4. IT Coordination (10%): Manage IT issues, coordinate with our IT agency, and update our website, ensuring our technology infrastructure is up-to-date and secure.
  5. Personal Assistant (5%): Provide PA support to our three owners, including the Founder & Managing Director and two Managing Partners, ensuring their schedules and tasks are well-managed.
  6. Client Billable Work (ad hoc): Occasionally support the team with client-related work, including product sourcing for campaigns, contacting and coordinating with influencers and media for product launches.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • A positive, energetic attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to solve problems independently.
  • A practical and results-driven approach.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and Teams skills.
  • Bookkeeping experience is a plus.
  • Experience working in a marketing agency is highly valued.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of €4,500.00 - €6,000.00 per month, a dynamic and supportive work environment, and opportunities for growth and development.
