We are looking for a talented Engineering Manager for Equipment and Test Systems to join our team at Alpitronic GmbH. As a key player in the development of innovative e-mobility solutions, you will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our equipment and test systems.
About YouThe successful candidate will have a degree in electrical engineering or a related field, with extensive experience in electromechanical systems production and equipment engineering. Strong project management skills, combined with leadership and communication abilities, will enable you to manage cross-functional teams and drive results-oriented projects.
Duties and Responsibilities- Develop and execute plans to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and efficient problem-solving.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, laboratory, and production teams to meet business objectives.
- Delegate responsibilities to team members to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track project progress and team performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical education.
- 7+ years of electromechanical systems production experience, with 5+ years in Equipment Engineering.
- Proficient in project management for electromechanical systems.
- Strong leadership, team management, communication, reliability, and task delegation skills.
