**Descrizione del ruolo:**

Il nostro cliente è una realtà operante nel mondo dei Financial Services che sta cercando di migliorare i propri processi finanziari e di tesoreria. Come IT Business Partner - Finanza e Tesoreria, avrai un ruolo fondamentale nella reingegnerizzazione e implementazione di processi finanziari in ambito tesoreria.

**Responsabilità:**

  • Raccogliere requisiti lato business e tradurli in linguaggio IT;
  • Gestire le relazioni con i vari stakeholder, interni ed esterni, coinvolti nei progetti;
  • Redigere report per mantenerli costantemente aggiornati;
  • Garantire un elevato standard dei processi che verranno implementati;
  • Monitorare e eventualmente modificare i processi finanziari;
  • Collaborare con il team di progetto per la reingegnerizzazione e implementazione di processi finanziari;
  • Identificare aree di miglioramento nei processi finanziari esistenti;
  • Analizzare i processi finanziari per identificare aree di miglioramento;
  • Tradurre requisiti business in linguaggio IT;
  • Collaborare con il team di progetto per la gestione dei progetti finanziari.

**Requisiti:**

  • Titolo di laurea;
  • Esperienza di 5+ anni su progetti volti alla reingegnerizzazione e implementazione di processi finanziari in ambito tesoreria;
  • Inglese fluente;
  • Forti capacità comunicative e negoziali;
  • Buone doti di Project Management e Team Working;
  • Conoscenza delle metodologie di lavoro Waterfall o Agile.
