We are a leading semiconductor company, STMicroelectronics, that designs and manufactures innovative products for a wide range of applications. Our PowerGaN and RF Business Unit organization delivers cutting-edge GaN solutions to our customers in the power and RF markets.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Professional to support the marketing efforts for our PowerGaN product line. The successful candidate will work closely with the Product Development and Application teams, Regional Sales & Marketing teams, and other cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of marketing plans, design-ins, and special programs to drive the growth of the PowerGaN product line.
  • Collaborate intensively with R&D, Application, and Product Engineering teams for the product definition process.
  • Work closely with Regional Sales & Marketing teams to support vertical segment-oriented and account-based marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in the creation and management of marketing collateral, including product datasheets, brochures, presentations, and other sales tools.
  • Analyze markets and competitors to gain an extensive understanding of the business environment.
  • Support marketing communications with content for new product introductions and the creation of communication material.

Requirements

  • Master's or bachelor's degree in electronic engineering or related fields.
  • Thorough understanding of the products and targeted market/applications such as power conversion, motor-drives, SMPS, Telecom, and Automotive.
  • 2+ years of experience in product or application marketing, business development, or application engineering-related tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong team-working orientation.
  • Willingness to travel.
