Maintenance Planner

Ferrara, a leading sugar confectioner, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join its team. As a key member of the maintenance team, you will play a critical role in reducing maintenance costs and improving equipment reliability.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Manage and prioritize maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
- Collaborate with maintenance supervisors and technicians to identify and address equipment issues, implement corrective actions, and develop preventive maintenance plans.
- Monitor and analyze maintenance data to optimize maintenance schedules, reduce costs, and improve overall equipment effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including maintenance supervisors, technicians, and production teams.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or industrial technology.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance planning, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance techniques, including predictive and preventive maintenance methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ferrara offers a competitive salary range of $75-85k, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
