Job Title: SAP Data Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Data Analyst to join our Purchasing Governance Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating SAP reports on Vendor Master Data, tracking data gaps and errors, and collaborating with relevant teams to drive correction and follow-up execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate SAP reports on Vendor Master Data to identify data gaps and errors.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to obtain correct data and drive correction and follow-up execution.
  • Assist in the implementation of SAP in entities where it is not yet implemented, evaluating the quality of data in current ERPs and taking actions to transfer data into SAP in a correct and complete format.
  • Track and monitor data errors over time to identify highest error-risk areas (entities/departments).
  • Re-train highest risk areas on Master Data Entry to reduce future errors.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of SAP, particularly in Master Data, is a major asset.
  • Knowledge of M3 (current TMHE main ERP) and/or Power BI is an added value but not a requirement.
  • Fluent communication in English.
  • Able to occasionally travel within Europe.
