About the Role

We are seeking an experienced In-Situ Technician to join our Specialized Services team, specializing in in-situ machining operations. As an In-Situ Technician, you will be responsible for performing complex machining tasks on-site, ensuring timely completion of assigned jobs and maintaining high-quality service reports.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Plan and organize service jobs assigned by the Service Coordinator, ensuring timely completion and quality service reports.
  2. Use and maintain working tools in accordance with good mechanical work practices.
  3. Conform to and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.
  4. Manage quality and efficiency, with a focus on zero injuries.
Requirements
  1. Ability to read engineering drawings and procedures.
  2. Ability to deal with people of different nationalities.
  3. Good knowledge of English is required (all technical bulletins and manuals are in English).
  4. Ability to work under pressure.
  5. Willingness to travel for at least 8-9 months per year, both in Italy and abroad, when required.
  6. Contribution as a team member.
  7. Good interpersonal skills.
  8. Excellent problem-solving skills.
