We are looking to recruit a Senior Specialist in Industrialization to enhance our Industrialization team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts work in accordance with company protocols and adheres to the Occupational Health and Safety Management System and Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Evaluates technical feasibility, estimates production costs, and prepares analyses for capital investments and capacity for commercial products.
  • Collaborates with the Business Support Team and Industrialization Manager to provide necessary information for commercial proposals.
  • Partners with Pharmaceutical Development to scale-up and validate new products from laboratory to industrial scale, ensuring accountability for registration batches.
  • Contributes to the Life Cycle Management of existing commercial products, including routine manufacturing process validation and optimization efforts.
  • Collaborates with the Industrialization Team on the Manufacturing Process Validation Plan, drafting protocols and reports, and offering technical support during validation runs.
  • Identifies opportunities for quality enhancement and cost reduction.
  • Provides technical guidance and project management for new sources of APIs, excipients, and packaging materials.
  • Supports the Operational Excellence team as required.
  • Works efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Participates in the formulation and execution of methods, procedures, and regulations essential for seamless business operations.
  • Adheres to company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Completes assigned tasks safely and maintains a state of alertness.
  • Upholds company policies, including the Ethics and Conduct Code.
  • Collaborates effectively with managers, supervisors, colleagues, clients, and the public.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Science (e.g., Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, Biology) from an accredited institution; a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Strong expertise in technology transfer projects, particularly for oral solid dosage forms.
  • Extensive knowledge of pharmaceutical technologies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to coordinate and collaborate within a cross-functional team.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
