Supply Chain Project Coordinator

Position Overview:
The Supply Chain Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing and executing supply chain operations, directly reporting to the Project Manager.

This position is essential for overseeing the planning and execution of product manufacturing to customer delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Define, plan, and coordinate activities of a cross-functional team, leading through influence to meet project timelines and financial objectives.
• Communication: Facilitate effective communication across the cross-functional team and with international stakeholders.
• Project Management: Oversee project supply chain to ensure timely delivery while maintaining overall project accountability, ensuring adherence to the project plan, and communicating critical achievements and risks.
• Prioritization: Identify, prioritize, and lead supply chain activities aligned with project financial metrics, documenting savings and other project initiatives.
• Project Reviews: Support project review meetings by providing significant updates and assessing risks along with mitigation strategies.
• Problem Solving: Address challenges through risk mitigation and contingency planning.
• Point of Contact: Serve as the primary contact for project supply chain management.
• Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, vendors, suppliers, partners, and consultants.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive improvements by recommending strategies, policies, and procedure updates, evaluating supplier and supply chain performance, and collecting lessons learned.
• Industry Awareness: Stay informed on emerging trends, best practices, and regulations in sustainable procurement.
