Job Description

As a Credit Risk Analyst at Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking, you will play a crucial role in assessing the credit risk of potential and existing Italian Corporate clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessing credit risk through qualitative and quantitative analysis of financial data
  • Drafting credit applications and proposing/revising internal ratings
  • Providing independent and written credit analysis to support credit process and Origination teams
  • Line by line management of the corporate portfolio, including annual reviews, covenants management, waivers or amendments, and watchlists
  • Assisting in Portfolio Opinions on new proposed cash financings into ESG trajectory
  • Credit monitoring with a risk anticipation/optimization approach via proactive portfolio management
  • Periodic reporting on Global Italian Portfolio with centralized insight on all assets split by Business Lines

You will work closely with the Head of Italy Portfolio and other teams to ensure the successful execution of these responsibilities. This position is based in Milan with the possibility of remote work.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree/Master of Science degree in a relevant field (Finance, Economics, etc.)
  • Proficiency in IT applications (MS Office, Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, FactSet, etc.)
  • Fluency in English and a good knowledge of Italian, both written and spoken
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive attitude and natural inclination towards a cross-border/cross-functional team-based in a collaborative environment
