**About the Role**

Proposition Management Search is seeking an experienced HR Director to join our client's European Senior HR Leadership Team. As a key member of the team, you will report to the VP HR EMEA and be responsible for leading the HR function in the region.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives
  • Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of HR services
  • Collaborate with the EMEA HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Manage HR systems and operations, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company guidelines
  • Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies
  • Lead regional HR initiatives and projects, ensuring successful delivery and implementation
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics and key performance indicators

**Requirements:**

  • University degree in Economics, Law, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a leading HR position within manufacturing environments
  • Experience in industrial and complex environments with a matrix structure
  • Fluent English and Italian language skills
  • Excellent understanding of employee relations and labor negotiations
  • Strong experience in performance management, talent development, and compensation & benefits processes
  • Leadership skills and excellent communication abilities
