As a key member of our property management team, you'll play a vital role in creating unforgettable experiences for potential residents and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every resident feels valued and supported.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive leasing and occupancy goals, including social media campaigns, flyers, and engaging resident events.
- Maintain a positive attitude and determination to thrive in a fast-paced environment, continuously striving to improve processes and outcomes.
- Assist current residents with professional customer service, answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining an organized workspace.
- Excellent customer service skills with 3+ years' experience in retail, hospitality, serving, or bartending.
- Strong sales skills and determination to close deals, with the ability to multitask and quickly solve problems.
- Availability to work weekends, including 2-3 Saturdays per month.
