Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enterprising Coating Industrialization Engineer to join our Industrialization team at our Barberini Plant in Pescara. As a key member of our Sun Lenses Business Unit, you will be responsible for developing and validating processes for new products or new declinations of existing products.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver new products and processes to manufacturing on time for production
• Build a solid and stable process flow to obtain products in compliance with our internal qualitative standards
• Lead process improvements where machines and process modifications are required
• Oversee processes, problem-solving, and improvement projects to support Manufacturing Engineering team and manufacturing departments

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Previous expertise related to thin film coating processes or other chemical processes
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
• Fluency in Italian and English
• Availability to move abroad if required
