Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Information Systems Architect to join our team at Datwyler. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining the technical architecture of our HRIS to meet organizational needs.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our HR, IT, and other departments to ensure that the HRIS aligns with business requirements, optimizes HR processes, and provides a seamless user experience. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping the future of our organization and supporting the growth and development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the overall architecture of the HRIS, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and security.
  • Design system configurations and integrations to support HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, performance management, learning, and employee data management.
  • Ensure the successful rollout of system updates, including testing, documentation, and training.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS management, architecture, or IT solutions development.
  • Proven track record in designing, implementing, and maintaining HR systems, preferably with platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or ADP.
  • Project management experience, including leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
