About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and driven Sales Executive to join our team at Aircall. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.

Your primary focus will be on:

  • Prospecting and qualifying new leads to create a strong pipeline of potential customers
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Negotiating and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to identify and pursue new business opportunities

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a self-motivated and results-driven individual with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices. You will also need to be able to effectively communicate the value of Aircall's solutions to potential clients and build strong relationships with them.

Requirements:
  • 2 to 8 years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting
  • Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
  • Experience with sales tools and technologies, such as Salesforce and revenue engagement platforms
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Competitive and driven to achieve sales targets, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
