Customer Success Manager

  • About the Role:
  • We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to ensure successful adoption, onboarding, and long-term satisfaction of our SaaS customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with customers to drive adoption, retention, and expansion of our SaaS platform
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, becoming a trusted advisor and advocate for their business
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff from the sales process to onboarding and ongoing customer success
  • Onboard new customers, providing training and guidance on how to best utilize our SaaS platform to achieve their desired outcomes
  • Monitor and analyze customer usage data to identify opportunities for increased adoption and engagement
  • Identify and address customer concerns or roadblocks, working cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Act as a voice of the customer within the company, providing feedback and insights to help drive product enhancements and improvements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer success management in the SaaS industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships
  • Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to understand and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and proactively
  • Experience with customer onboarding and training
  • Knowledge of software-as-a-service and cloud-based solutions
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Fluent English both spoken and written
