Job Description

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist based in Milan to be part of our Global Supply Chain function.

  • Support during the start-up phase of construction sites, ensuring smooth implementation of organization, processes, physical areas, systems, and tools.
  • Ensure effective warehouse operations are managed cost-efficiently and in line with Group and site objectives throughout the entire site lifecycle.
  • Implement processes, policies, and procedures during the entire worksite warehouse life cycle.
  • Manage product codes in line with HQ policies and procedures, educating and training personnel accordingly.
  • Use reporting systems (metrics, KPIs, etc.) as per HQ policies and procedures.
  • Implement and maintain appropriate systems and tools according to HQ policies and procedures.
  • Achieve targets aligned with Group objectives through monitoring and support.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures issued or amended over time.
  • Manage projects and planning efficiently.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, cost analyses, business cases, improvement plans, cost reduction, and optimization plans.
Requirements
  • Degree in Management Engineering, Logistics, or similar field.
  • Professional knowledge of Italian and English languages.
  • 5-7 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Availability for travel within Italy and abroad.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package and SAP software.
  • Basic knowledge of materials and master data.
  • Advanced numerical and analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Soft skills: communication, interpersonal skills, precision, reliability, tidiness, and strong result orientation.
Salary Estimate

The estimated salary for this role is approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure is based on the current market conditions in Milan and takes into account the level of responsibility, required skills, and qualifications for this position.
