A Day in the Life

• Develops, rebrands and localizes marketing, advertising, and sales promotion materials to implement marketing strategies and sales objectives.

• Evaluates and modifies promotion or advertising programs.

• Partners with growth/project management to develop materials that meet the needs of stakeholders

• Prepares and/or approves all technical and artistic phases of the finished promotional material.

• Consults with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement promotional plans and recommend sales philosophy, approach, and media.

• Performs, coordinates, or oversees activities such as layout, sales kit preparation, display arrangement, internet promotions, booth graphics, social ad campaigns, video editing and motion graphics.

Must Haves

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts social communication, audiovisual design or related

• 3 or more years of experience in design services, digital marketing, creative media, or related

• Fluent in English skills — verbal and written

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications — InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro and After Effects

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Strong visual communicator; demonstrates solid skills in design, layout, typography, visual hierarchy and storytelling, and color theory

• Creative thinker and problem solver with great attention to detail

Nice to Haves

• Experience working within brand guidelines

• Experience designing long-format, multipage documents

• Knowledge of Premier Pro, After Effects, and other design tools

• Experience in basic video editing, animation, and motion graphics

• Knowledge of HTML and CSS

• Knowledge of AR/VR
