**Housekeeping Supervisor - Front Office Operations Manager

Main Purpose:

The Front Office Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for managing front-end housekeeping operations, delegating tasks to the housekeeping team, and ensuring excellent guest experiences. A strong commitment to quality and guest care is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely response to guest housekeeping requests and anticipate guest needs
  • Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to maintain service standards
  • Supervise the housekeeping team during room checks and turndown services
  • Maintain department inventories and cleaning schedules
  • Support the Head Housekeeper in maintaining staff house décor, lockers, and back-of-house areas

  • Team Management & Collaboration: Model teamwork, encourage positive interactions, and promote a culture of trust, honesty, and respect
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with team members and other departments using suitable channels and tailoring approaches to audiences
  • Personal Effectiveness & Emotional Intelligence: Demonstrate self-awareness, self-control, and ability to establish mutually beneficial relationships
  • Business Orientation: Create understanding among team members of how department performance impacts the business and develop action plans to improve performance

**Requirements:**

  • Fluent Italian and English language skills
  • Prior evidence of self-development through specialized courses, conferences, or workshops
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts
  • Professional experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in 5-star hotels
  • High school certificate
