We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This is a permanent role with an estimated salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year.

About the Role

This position monitors the overall Quality System status of the distribution center in staffing for Quality Assurance Local Dept. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality assurance and be able to ensure regulatory compliance and effective operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training and Development: Ensure all staff is trained in their respective job functions, including GMP.
  • SOP Implementation: Revise and distribute Standard Operating Procedures as required.
  • Facility Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of the facility and recordkeeping, including summarization and reporting of findings, claims, and temperature report. Coordinate or assist with corrective actions and preventative measures QA Specialist and QP-RP.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients and provide information during external audits.
  • Feedback and Support: Provide feedback and assistance to Customer/Client QA related questions and concerns.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (CTF required)
  • Pharmaceutical, Healthcare experience preferred
  • Quality Assurance experience preferred
  • ISO 9001/13485/14001/18001 certification preferred
