La figura ricercata sarà responsabile delle seguenti attività:
- Individuare opportunità di business sul mercato italiano, interfacciandosi con clienti quali negozi, supermercati, contract, studi di progettazione ed architettura;
- Supportare il cliente nello scelta della soluzioni idonea alle sue esigenze e sviluppandola in collaborazione con l'UT ed R&D aziendale;
- Definire piano di crescita strategico della BU e budget previsionali nel medio - lungo termine;
- Partecipare a fiere ed eventi settoriali, rappresentando in prima persona la società;
- Coordinare e gestire la vendita di soluzioni per il settore building automation;
- Collaborare con l'UT ed R&D aziendale per lo sviluppo di nuove soluzioni;
- Analizzare e valutare le esigenze dei clienti per offrire soluzioni personalizzate;
- Identificare nuove opportunità di business e svilupparle;
- Costruire e mantenere relazioni con i clienti;
- Partecipare a riunioni di lavoro e condividere informazioni con la squadra;
Il/la candidato/a di successo dovrà possedere le seguenti caratteristiche:
- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nella vendita di soluzioni per il settore building automation o affini;
- Familiarità nell'interfacciarsi con i principali stakeholders di riferimento del mercato (settore retail, studi tecnici, società di facility management);
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, necessaria per interfaccia con HQ e reparti interni aziendali allocati al suo interno;
- Disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte su tutto il territorio nazionale e a partecipare a fiere ed eventi settoriali;
- Abilità di analisi e valutazione delle esigenze dei clienti;
- Capacità di comunicazione efficace e relazionale;
- Disponibilità a lavorare in team e a collaborare con la squadra;
