Job Description

We are seeking a skilled User Experience Expert to join our team at EUROPEAN DYNAMICS Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage IT projects to meet identified needs, acquiring and using necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality.
  • Develop project strategies, planning, definition of tasks and deliverables, review of project deliverables, quality control, risk analysis and management, status reports, problem reporting and management systems, follow up and organization.
  • Guide the expert pool and review their deliverables.
  • Participate in working groups and progress meetings.
  • Estimate timescales and resource requirements for the successful completion of the project to agreed terms of reference.
  • Prepare and maintain project and quality plans and tracks activities against the plan, provide regular and accurate reports.
  • Manage the change control procedure gaining agreement for revisions to the project.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 17 years of relevant working experience in IT.
  • Experience with reporting methods.
  • Experience with EU Policy Research on Children online safety, privacy and security.
  • Good knowledge of children-centric design and recommender systems.
  • Good knowledge of project management standards and methodologies (Project Scheduling, Strategic Planning, Forecasting, Performance Tracking).
  • Good knowledge of project management tools, e.g. MS Project, Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
